For saving the beautiful diversity of life and maintaining ecological balance, a tree plantation drive was launched at BVM Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana in collaboration with Income Tax Department. Considering the manifold benefits of trees, Mr.A.K Dhir Additional Commissioner (Income Tax) and Ms.Bimla ITO along with their team communicated the very idea of saving Mother Earth from Global Warming by tree plantation to mark the celebration of 159th Income Tax Day.
Working under well-orchestrated campaign- “My Earth, My Responsibility” the students circulated the multifaceted role of trees as planting trees is planting life.
To foster economic growth and development for an orderly Indian society, a lecture on Role of Taxes in Nation Building sensitized the students about their duties towards nation of awakening all regarding timely payment of taxes as taxes serve as a big help for building the economy of a country and meeting public expenses.
Principal Ms. Neelam Mittar extended high words of gratitude to the esteemed officials for their valuable guidance.
