For being adaptable with flexible teaching, fostering attitudes and skills suited to further Teaching Learning Process BVM, Kitchlu Nagar organized a seminar on Challenges in Teaching by Ms.Anupam Kumbhkarni (Teachers’ Trainer). Ms.Kumbhkarni addressed the relevance of effective skills on learners to get them developed as a good thinkers with solid knowledge. She touched the sensitive issues of behaviour, learning, discipline and curriculum being negatively affected by present distractions of vast media, excessively exploring internet and mobile culture of technologically Savy 21st century students. She stressed on direct, engaged, enthusiastic, confident, flexible and needful teaching added with analytical team based learning with supportive environment Concepts stimulation aligned to the given curriculum by rewarding chance learning rather than supporting increased learning was focused in the seminar. Communicating with complex concepts sequentially and easily can assist the students in developing their understanding and also filters the problems of learning.
