As being overwhelmed with their structured busy schedule of learning the students in general feel uncomfortable . So vitals of work ethics were shared with them in Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana. The students were urged to take broad picture of their targets and set a workable plan for their routine tasks in hand .For overcoming fatalistic attitude it is always better to be confident and responsible. So significance of hard work was stressed. Following the instructions given by teachers and elders is the easiest and quickest step to clinch success in life.
