Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana celebrated Diwali in a unique way by reverberating the mission of Clean Diwali, Green Diwali. Special morning assembly enlightened the students about the harmful effects of crackers by Nukkad Natak, Speeches and poems. Rangoli, Thali and Diya decoration competitions added perfectness to the day. Representing triumph of good over bad, end of Narkasur was also staged while making the students aware with his story. Celebrating Narka Chaturathi the students took up the task of cleaning the school very enthusiastically. Principal Mrs. Neelam Mittar wished all Happy and Prosperous Diwali, she also exhorted the students to celebrate ecofriendly Diwali by saying a ‘Big No To Crackers’ and by helping the poor section of the society with gifts and sweets.
