Bhartiya Vidya Mandir celebrated International Yoga Day
Recovering the spirit of Ancient India, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana celebrated First International Yoga Day on 21st June 2015 in its premises. Worthy members of BVM Trust, Principal, staff and students assembled in big number on the occasion to perform Yoga . Performing various asanas of Yoga- a useful as well as healthy way of channelizing rightful expressions of true spirit of yoga among all the members of BVM family, the day worked as open arena of yogic exercises. Representing all the best of Indian tradition, the celebration of International Yoga Day brought all on single platform with equality and goodwill with the guiding principles of strong relations for all meeting on footing of equality with a far sighted vision of marching ahead targeting good physical and mental health. After congratulating BVM family on International Yoga Day, Sh.M.M.Vyas ji President BVM Trust said – Yoga works as work of high significance demonstrating a triumph over all physical ,mental and emotional shortcomings.Principal Mrs.Neelam Mittar threw a light on the importance of Yoga and encouraged the students to make it a regular practice.
