Equalizing Parent- Teenager behavioural equation, A seminar on 'Behavioural Changes in Adolescents ‘was organized in BVM Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana by Mrs.Geeta Verma. Different useful skills were discussed dwelling all positive aspects to understand the young minds. Qualities of mentoring and leadership play a vital role in making adolescents civilized citizens of tomorrow - mentioned The Resource Person. Some novel and Innovative styles and techniques were also spotlighted for parents to be consistent and decisive. ‘Good Communication with parents’ becomes very fruitful to make teens good human beings. Flashing perfect smiles by putting right dialogue with eclectic parents- hobbies ,interests and habits of teenagers were discussed for bringing premium solutions to the pressure the teenagers face. Evidence based cognitive behaviour, physical activity, needed sleep and nutritious diet were taken mandatory to overcome both physical and mental problems like poor health, depression and anxiety in trying times of today.
Understanding the feelings of youngsters in this age is of imperative importance for reinforcing skills and taking timely decisions - said Principal Mrs Neelam Mittar.
