Making students truly knowledgeable with practice of highly ethical life, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana meeting an indispensable requirement of fighting poverty celebrated A Day of Charity.The school volunteers packed and offered bulks of used and unused household material for the needy ones in association with N.G.O. ‘Goonj India’ playing key role to serve the humanity. Supporting the Mission of expanding charity , the students working in collaboration and joining hands for the noble cause of charity did the laudable task of helping the destitute people in remote parts of country under their innovative drive ‘ khawyishe Khushiyo ki' ,Building relationship of empathy and dignity covering the gap between resources and opportunities. They donated the material like partly used notebooks, pens, pencils, other stationery material, as well as discarded and new school bags, water bottles, woollens, blankets with many more wearables and eatables etc.
Appreciating the excellent initiative of the BVM Family regarding community development work, Principal Mrs.Neelam Mittar appreciated compassionate efforts of Staff, Students and Parents for the betterment of the society at large.
