Fostering a bond of love and respect between generations ,BVM Kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana celebrated World Senior Citizen Day. The celebration included various activities including speeches, sketches and poems. The event aimed to instill the values of empathy and respect in students, emphasizing the importance of caring for and learning from the elderly. Raising awareness about issues that affect senior citizens and their quality of life-a few tips of best behavior towards grandparents at home were disseminated as they work as a boon for society .The event featured a special assembly, where students presented heartfelt speeches and poems. Creating a warm and joyful atmosphere , students depicted their artistic talent in drawings on the topic The Strength of a joint family system.
Saluting the selfless spirit of the elderly, Principal Mrs Ranju Mangal wished them a healthy and joyful life and instructed the students to recognize the dignity of their experiences by showing kindness and patience towards them.
