Ending boredom during monotonous hours of learning by replacing with application of greater, hopeful and positive efforts was given top priority by Honourable Resource Persons Mrs. Harmeet Kaur Wariach, Deputy City Coordinator, Principal ,Nankana Sahib Sr Sec School Ludhiana and Ms. Neerja Sethi, District Training Coordinator under C.O.E Chandigarh, Principal ,Sri Aurobindo Intl School Patiala
Audio visuals and knowledgeable activities kept the teachers actively engaged during the whole session.Typically aimed at creating a positive, engaging, and joyful learning environment for students, the seminar focused on fostering emotional well-being, student-teacher relationships and creative teaching methods alongwith well defined tips on stress management, motivational strategies and ways to make learning fun and interactive.
Incorporating happiness in the classroom is the core mantra of generating a conducive environment and moreover successful teaching – said Principal Mrs. Ranju Mangal after extending heartfelt gratitude to highly knowledgeable Resource Persons for delivering such an insightful and engaging session .
