Bhartiya Vidya Mandir ,Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana organized a four hours long Training Workshop for teachers on Child Psycology today i.e. 21/09/2016. Resource person Mr.Tejwant Singh Grewal stressed on boosting the personalities of the students by developing effective and cognitive faculties of mind with a new modified look by understanding the learning differences due to technical advancements. Taking teacher as a facilitator, constructive thinking needs to be stimulated with profound sense of enterprise for meeting the psychological challenges of teaching learning process was the head talk of the day. Teachers were advised to set desired objectives first and bridge the gap between the students’ approach and the objectives. Principles of intelligent learning with observation, retention, recalling, analyzing and acting were focused. Activity oriented teaching was taken as necessity for rightly channelizing the child’s energy as a way of reawakening his whole-self into blissful fulfillment.
