Following the objective of transmission of cultural heritage from generation to generation- a day of victory of light, wisdom, goodness & truthfulness, Dussehra was celebrated today in the premises of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana. Various competitions were organized like Doha Gayan for I and II classes, Quiz on Ramayana for VI to VIII, Fancy Dress Competition for III to V and Dialogue Recitation based on Ramayana for IX & X classes. In questionnaire on Ramayana for middle wing the students of Sh. Aurobindo house excelled by showing the best of their knowledge. The theme of the competitions was getting one with the goodness of Hinduism. All the students enjoyed a movie on Ramayana shown through smart boards. The whole celebration worked as a milestone in the onward march of protecting cultural heritage. After congratulating BVM family on this very auspicious occasion Principal Mrs. Neelam Mittar motivated the students to safeguard their culture and celebrate dussehra in real sense by bringing an end to Ravana of corruption.
