It is rightly said that one good Teacher is worth thousand priests. Saluting all the Teachers BVM Kitchlu Nagar celebrated Teachers’ day giving tribute to the sincerity and gentility of its worthy Teachers. IPS Sh.D.R.Bhatti, man of integrity and commitment graced the celebration as Chief Guest. The honourable chief guest congratulated all on this auspicious occasion and said –Multi pronged attack need to be launched to work on mass campaign of literacy with all sincere and adequate actions.
 The participants of variety of activities like slogan writing, poem recitation, essay writing & quotation writing integrated many facets of specialized skills in a coherent framework. The august gathering comprised of all the teachers from the five BVM branches (Cemetery Road, Udham Singh Nagar, Kitchlu Nagar, Dugri, Chd. Road), Members of BVM Management, Ex-BVM Teacher and the students. On this occasion the teachers who completed their 25 years and 15 years of service for evolving the best of them amongst the students and providing best stuffed education with complete self surrender were honoured. Mrs.Vaneeta Ashdhir (for 25 Years of service), Mrs.Neelam Sharma, Mrs.Balwinder Shukla, Mrs.Vipin Chopra, Mrs.Rajlata, Mrs.Sarabjit Kaur, Mrs. Simarpreet Kaur, Mrs.Manjula Sharma & Mrs.Sunita Gupta(For 15 years of service) were felicitated by BVM Management for their long years of dedication.
The function began with Guru Vandana, the students showcased rich splendor of performances in Group songs and Group dances. A speech on teacher-taught relationship and poetry recitation marking the significance of the occasion spell bound all. BVM Management and Principal Mrs Neelam Mittar after congratulating all said that all should take pledge to make India a 100% literate nation as it will be a real tribute to education and educatio
