A group of strategies helping teachers for better classroom management and facilitating teaching-learning process was shared with primary classes’ teachers of BVM Kitchlu Nagar in a seminar on ‘Classroom Management’.
Meeting multiple teaching challenges by following tips:- preparing lesson plans specially catering to the needs of average students, customize lessons accordingly, frustration free attitude with immense patience, specific rules, ways of tackling problematic students with verbal and nonverbal cues, useful use of allocated time energizing physical activities was stressed. Discussion segment came out with thoughtful thoughts that proved quite beneficial. The seminar went as an excellent refresher for all.
