Seminar on Adolescence
Following a grand horizon of Interactive Sessions a Seminar with Parents of adolescents was conducted today in the premises of BVM, Kitchlu Nagar. Adolescence a transitional stage of physical and psychological development brings with it multiple changes leading tough parenting. The most adorable personalities of the city- Sh. Naresh Soni ji from Ram Sharnam, Dr.B.P.Mishra from DMC, & Sh.Susheel Arora ji enlightened the parents of adolescents with their high words of wisdom. As well connected families where parents by being relevant engage them with more vigilance with their wards make the rearing easier.
Most respectable Sh.Naresh Soni ji said-There is no denying the fact that advanced technology is affecting the youngsters badly to some extents but still the parents need to continue efforts on this issue as sooner or later it will worked wonderfully. Evils can only be curtailed by generating complete understanding that whatever is bad is meant only to be left. Recommend right usage of these resources. Change thinking first not habits as good thinking will automatically bring corrections.
Sh.Susheel Arora ji Resource person of Human excellence and development gave very beneficial hints to the parents in an attractive way. Revising connections, Signing up responsibilities with meaningful and purposeful work, constant negotiations, family focused life style, acquisition of social roles, abstract thinking and various other prospective related with adolescence were highly weighed. He also advocated practice of self evaluation, stop creating educational phobia, work on natural therapy of learning, stop being more advisory, sharing little moments of happiness, regular appreciation, avoiding demoralizing them publically and advancing yourself with the advancement.
Big bundle of discussion went on between parents and Dr.B.P.Mishra- how to turn up the routine of the children according to their school or their playing hours. A talk on modification of parents’ conduct for bringing respect of self identity which in turn will rise self confidence amongst their children.
