To achieve a fit between expectations and experiences by imparting high quality training to the educators , BVM Kitchlu Nagar endeavoured to provide a platform to Teachers to engage in rich, innovative exchange of ideas and practices in Seminar on Work Life Balance and Integrated Pedagogy. Paving the way for a meaningful teaching-learning experience in and out the confines of the classroom, Resource Person- Ms Surabhi Arora, Edu Artist- L&D Expert highlighted remedies for managing excessive workload with work-life balance as constantly changing amount of pressure at work is speaking bolder on Teachers. Strategies and techniques like Me and My Time, Signing up to a regular activity, resting properly on weekends , Adopting stress relieving mechanism, Changing work pattern and family-friendly work arrangement were guided and benefitted all a lot.
