BVM tossed talent in Diwali celebration
Spirit of festivity engulfed the students of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana as they all participated in various competitions on the occasion of Diwali Celebration. Inter section display board decoration competition themed on eco-friendly Diwali was organised. Students tried to remove the darkness of ignorance by enlightening all regarding Eco-Friendly Diwali in debate competition. A documentary on the detrimental effects of elaborate fireworks consisting toxic substances was displayed through smart Boards and the students were motivated for celebrating Eco friendly Diwali. During this month many activities were organised for promoting awareness amongst students regarding personal cleanliness, sanitation and environmental protection through Slogan Writing, Poster Making, Rangoli Making and Nukkad Natak- Pryavaran Bachayenge, Swachh Bharat Banaeyenge on innovating ways of proper hygiene for revitalizing the importance of Swachhata Abhiyan. A beautiful amalgamation of Dance and music in the morning assembly welcome diwali in a hearty way. Bhajan Gayan on Lord Rama filled the day with divine religious feel.
After congratulating the whole BVM family on this biggest festival of lights, wisdom and goodness Principal Mrs. Neelam Mittar advised the students to combat the problem of deleterious effects of crackers at decibel level and enjoy 100% safe diwali.
