Kartikey from BVM Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana, has achieved continuous success in weightlifting. At the SGFI District Level Weightlifting Tournament held at Naresh Chander Stadium, Khanna, Kartikey won a Gold Medal 🥇 in BW 79 kg, U‑17. He then participated in the SGFI State Level Weightlifting Tournament, also at Naresh Chander Stadium, Khanna, where he secured a Bronze Medal 🥉 in BW 79 kg, U‑17 among 130 participants. Further, the Open State Level Weightlifting Tournament, held at Hoshiarpur on 16 November 2025, witnessed an extraordinary performance by Kartikey Puri. Competing in the BW 79 kg, U‑17 age group, he clinched the Gold Medal 🥇, outshining a field of 150 participants from across Punjab.
