Commencing with Shiv Vandana an invocation to lord Shiva BVM, Kitchlu Nagar’s Annual Cultural and Prize Distribution function being abuzz with excitement, enthralled the audience. Principal Mrs. Neelam Mittar welcomed and introduced the guest of honour Dr. Gaganpreet Kaur Ex. B.V.M. Student with the gathering. Dr. Gaganpreet Kaur recalled her school days and extended acknowledgement to BVM School, Principal and teachers. Academically meritorious students along with their parents were felicitated during Prize Distribution Ceremony. A scintillating Welcome Dance was performed to welcome the dignitaries. Haryanvi Folk Dance depicting village life went as a dazzling performance. Punjabi Play awakened the audience to curb the social evils like corruption and discrimination. A Choreography on Indian Army paid rich emotional tribute to the ultimate sacrifice of soldiers, the victims of deadly attack of Uri. A documentary on Annual School Report rendered an account of school success disseminating information regarding board results and achievements. Bhangra….. awaited with bated breath and beating hearts charged all with jubilation. The audience honored the democracy of the country by taking pledge on the observance of Constitution Day. A Choreography named “Ek Nayi Kranti” on Demonetization of Indian Currency and Skill India Movement was apprised as a effort to combat corruption and Black Marketing. Shri O.P. Sabharwal ji, Shri. R.K. Gupta ji, Shri. R.K. Behl ji, Shri. M.M.Bamba ji and Shri. K.C. Maini ji from BVM Trust also delivered a great applause for the brilliant performance of the participants.
