Committed to holistic education and value-based learning, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana, organised an enlightening awareness session on the inspiring theme "Change Starts With Us." The programme encouraged students to realise that enduring transformation begins with individual responsibility, positive thinking and purposeful actions.
The session was conducted by Dr. Navpreet Bhathal, Psychologist, BVM Group of Schools, who engaged the students in an insightful dialogue on emotional well-being, self-awareness and the significance of cultivating a positive mindset. She emphasised that every individual possesses the potential to bring about meaningful change through empathy, resilience, kindness and responsible decision-making. Her interactive session inspired students to overcome challenges with confidence and emerge as compassionate, responsible and emotionally resilient individuals.
