Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana, organised a vibrant House Skit Competition for Classes III to V on the theme “English Plays on Classic Tales.” The stage came alive as timeless stories were reimagined through youthful creativity and expression. Students showcased impressive eloquence, acting skills, characterisation and stage presence, winning the audience’s admiration.
With colourful costumes, expressive roles and confident dialogue delivery, the young performers revived classic tales in an engaging theatrical form.
The event provided a meaningful platform to enhance creativity, language skills, collaboration and self-assurance, while exploring the charm of classic literature.
Principal Mrs. Ranju Mangal appreciated the students’ efforts, stating that theatre helps children go beyond textbooks, build confidence and express themselves freely.
