For the purpose of sustaining and promoting the true spirit of being Hindustanis, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. School, Kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana celebrated Vikrami Nav Samvat 2074 on March 28, 2017. Parbhat Pheri of students and staff moved around the surrounding areas of Kitchlu Nagar and Rishi Nagar for bringing common consciousness and wishing all a very ‘Happy New Year’. People presented flowery welcome to the procession and even stalls were arranged by them.
B.V.M. family performed a divine ‘Hawan’ ceremony in unison. “Celebrations are meant for maintaining harmonious and active relationships”, with these words Principal Mrs. Neelam Mittar and Sh. O. P. Sabharwal Ji, worthy member of B.V.M. Trust wished all a very Happy and Prosperous New Year.
