Honouring the sincere efforts of the teaching community to impart education Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana celebrated Teachers’ Day. High levelled enthusiasm and festivity marked the day. Exclusive performance by students for teachers was memorable one. A documentary on diversification of education from Gurukul System to Modern High-tech classroom teaching was also shown through smart boards. As a recognition of their devotion and unparalleled years’ long-contribution a special honour was extended during the felicitation ceremony to Ms. Nishu Marwaha, Ms. Monika Sharma, Ms. Ashu Sharma, Ms. Inderjeet Kaur, Ms. Renu Sehgal, Ms. Anjana Sharma, Ms.Harinder Kaur, Ms.Sangeeta Behal, Ms.Parveen Padam, Ms.Monika Sood, Ms.Annu Puri, Ms.Mamta Bakshi and Ms. Jaspreet Kaur for 15 years of service and Ms.Navita Seth, Ms.Indu Arora, Ms.SumanThapar for 25 years of service. A special honor was extended to Mrs. Anu Kathuria as the “Most Dedicated Teacher” of the school. The present gathering pledged to share the best of their endeavors for the betterment of education and for bringing best to the students. Greater details went on regarding bringing localized revolution in the field of education rather than speaking high of global revolution. The day went with emotional and recreational touch as students extended their gratitude to teachers in the form of Poem Recitation, Greeting Card Making and Writings too. Emerging challenges in the field of education were discussed and the discussions came out with positive solutions. Giving a musical zeal to the day, an enchanting group song was presented along with speeches.

Laxmi Kant Chawla Ji (Former Cabinet Minister) messaged the teaching community to engulf the real feel of patriotism amongst the students and support them for being away from all the evils. Shri. O.
