International Girl Child Day Celebrated « 11/Oct/2017
Aligning with the mission of supporting and protecting girl child Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana celebrated International Girl Child Day. Motley of activities like self-composed Poem Recitation, Speeches, Debates and Write-ups on safeguarding girl child and women empowerment were organized on the observance day for girls. Addressing the needs and challenges that girls face, all the participants focused on bringing a paradigm shift in the thought of the society.
Girls are a source of power, energy and creativity. They should be given high respect in the society with all opportunities- said Principal Mrs.Neelam Mittar.
