Clear and Crisp Ideas of innovators of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana for making project on Water Purifier received National Level Recognition by being selected as one of the 100 best models by Niti Aayog. It is a well-known and documented fact that most of the Indians fail to afford costly water purifiers. Aiming to understand the various parameters of this issue and catering the need of general public for providing pure water, this model was prepared at a very low cost using raw materials like plastic bottle, sand charcoals and pebbles etc. leaving all impurities behind this model not only purifies but also retains the essential minerals. Mindful use of Arduino and Sensors to check the flow and maintenance of water level gained prominence in the model. Amongst the number of projects launched by four different ATAL Tinkering Labs of Ludhiana only that of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana took the lead of getting selected at National Level will be exhibited soon at New Delhi by Niti Aayog catering with the problem of getting all rid of digestive and other health measures caused by intake of impure water.
