Paying obeisance to the teachings of Lord Buddha, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana celebrated Buddha Purnima today i.e 30.04.2018 with religious fervor.
Life and preachings of Lord Buddha were remembered through a documentary. A group song on his moral teachings added melliferous touch to the day.
Teachers enlightened the students with the significance of the festival symbolizing good fortune for all. They exhorted the students to come out of selfish motives and work for the betterment of the humanity for finding out full contentment and harmony. Relevance of his miraculous and amazingly simple techniques of meditation were also shared with the students.
