An enlightening talk time on Puberty Education was arranged in BVM Kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana for the girls of Middle wing. Some of the dilemmas were discussed which girls go through at this age, tips were shared to overcome that. Catering to the needs of the girls’- General Health, Hygiene and Bodily Changes were the points through which all were sensitized. Physical and emotional changes were considered as the normalities of this age. Keeping virus, bacteria and all illness at bay by comprehensive cleaning and caring of body was the key suggestion of the session. The whole session went successfully by providing fruitful guidance.
