Exploring the aspects of stress in teaching profession and getting one with the ways to overcome that stress, A seminar on ‘Stress free teaching’ was conducted at BVM, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana. Planning was undertaken to combat this problem caused by factors like managing large classes, result driven scores, timely syllabus completion and many more behavioral problems of students. Leading all to better quality of teaching, Resource Person Ms. Prachi M.Kwatra helped the teachers in cultivating warm and positive classroom environment for the students. Ways of better quality of life with less stress making the teachers healthier, happier, more energetic and successful at work were highlighted in the seminar.
