Great gusto and gaiety marked the Teachers’ Day celebration at Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana. A scintillating cultural show with exclusive performances acknowledged the sincere efforts of the teaching community. As a recognition of devotion and unparalleled years’ long-contribution a special honour was extended during the felicitation ceremony to Ms.Sabina, Ms.Shiri Jyoti, Mr.Harmesh Malhotra, Ms.Renu Bala, Ms.Neetu Dogra, Ms.Vandana Sareen, Ms.Khiwani Khanna, Mr.Raj Kumar, Ms.Danesh, Mr.Amit Kundra, Ms.Jaspreet Kaur, Ms.Madhu Arya, Ms.Nirmal Sharma and Ms.Jasmohinder Kaur for 15 years of service, Ms.Anupam Tara, Ms.Kamal Kapil and Ms.Sheetal Sharma for 25 years of service and shaping morally correct, responsible and good human beings. Being beacons to society with just a chalk and myriad of challenges teachers work for imbibing the perfect goodness amongst the students as pillars of a strong nation. Greater details went on regarding bringing localized revolution in the field of education rather than speaking high of global revolution. The day went with emotional and recreational touch as students extended their gratitude to teachers. Emerging challenges in the field of education were discussed in classes and the discussions came out with positive solutions. Giving a musical zeal to the day, enchanting group songs, speeches, dances and choreography stole whooping applause.
Chief Guest of the day, Dr.Manjit Singh Kang (Ex Vice Chancellor PAU Ludhiana) messaged the teaching community to be meaningful, memorable and motivating with their teaching as investment in knowledge pays the best interest.
