Celebrating the glory of freedom by harbouring effulgent hopes for the fantastic future of the nation, Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana saluted the great sacrifices of freedom fighters and hoisted the flag on the occasion of Sawtantrta Diwas. Adhering to covid norms, only a few staff members attended the flag hoisting ceremony and all others joined live streaming of the celebration. Flag hoisting ceremony was followed by singing of National Anthem. After unfurling the tricolour along with Senior Teacher Mrs. Vinita Asdhir.Principal Mrs. Neelam Mittar wished all to begin an era of deliverance from all cruelty and violence for a future full of understanding, appreciation and gratitude.
Remembering renowned Indian scholar, devout nationalist and spiritual preacher Sri Aurobindo ji on his jayanti, she motivated the students to set high, wide and generous aims to make their lives precious for themselves and for others as per inspirational ideals of Sri Aurobindo ji.
