Bringing a paradigm shift in the number of sincere tax payers and making youngsters aware about taxation policies, IT department, Ludhiana launched a mass tax awareness campaign in Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana. Sh Ravinder Mittal, IRS, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Ludhiana, launched this Awareness Session alongwith his worthy team. Imbibing the value and role of taxes in national development, and the need for becoming diligent taxpayers, the guiding session enlightened all about their duties towards nation. For an orderly Indian society highlights on Role of Taxes in Nation Building sensitized the students - awakening regarding timely payment of taxes as taxes serve as a big help for building the economy of a country and meeting public expenses.
Facilitating tax related understanding and providing solutions to many of the students' queries Sh Ravinder Mittal Ji made all gain some of the basics as well as important insights into the Income tax-related matters. Saving the beautiful diversity of life and maintaining ecological balance through tree plantation, the officials communicated the very idea of saving Mother Earth from Global Warming.
