Advocating sustainable management of soil resources themed on Soils: Where food begins’ Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Kitchlu Nagar Ludhiana observed World Soil Day. Raising awareness on importance of maintaining healthy ecosystems and human well-being by addressing the growing challenges in soil management, increasing soil awareness and encouraging societies to improve soil health, motley of activities were conducted like Soil preparation and promotion techniques, Soil Painting and Pledging to preserve soil. Making the future generation ready to understand the gravity of the issue of Soil Conservation, A special guiding session from school gardening experts was conducted for adopting a resolution to value soil as critical component of natural system, a vital contributor to human well-being and maintaining healthy ecosystems. Effective implementation of measures to remedy the existing problem of soil erosion and pollution was centered thoroughly in beautiful soil paintings.
